We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Management specialist to support the Process Owner in the areas of Change- and Configuration Management and eventually fulfil the role of Process Owner independently.

The candidate will support both structural process improvement as well as daily operations, interfacing with process users, regulators and other stakeholders.

The candidate must offer subject matter expertise with respect to Change and Configuration Management practices and tooling in modern ways of working, incorporating Agile DevOps, service automation, self-service and cloud services. In addition, high communication- and analytic skills are needed to represent the processes to a wide community of stakeholders, understand their needs and offer compliant solutions.

This needs knowledge of and affinity with IT in general. The wide and diverse community of process stakeholders requires the candidate to be familiar with the global Rabobank organization and culture.  

Key Responsibilities:

Process development:

  • Continuously update/improve the process to align with new ways of working, regulations and requirements, or fix issues.
  • Align process updates with global stakeholders (users, management, regulators, etc. in all domains and regions).
  • Align process- and tool requirements with tool owners in general and ITSM Tool Owner in particular.

Process documentation and support:

  • Provide and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
  • Support process users globally, e.g. in answering operational questions and advising on how to apply the process in specific use cases.

Processcompliance:

  • Maintain global process policies.
  • Verify process design to be compliant with process policies.
  • Verify process operations to comply with process design.
  • Initiate action to mitigate incompliances.

Process audit:

  • First and main contact to internal and external audit/regulators, in answering questions, providing reports and evidence on process compliance, delivering impact analysis for incompliances, etc.
  • Participate in yearly control cycles for R-IC, SAM, ITQ, and other control frameworks, as well as ad hoc inspections.
  • Prepare and implement Action Plans for any Findings resulting from the above.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management principles, processes and tooling.
  • Knowledge of Rabobank organization, culture and ways of working (S@S, Agile DevOps, etc).
  • Strong communication- and documentation skills.
  • Independent, pro-active, self-steering in process development and -governance.
  • Facilitator, supporting teams to be compliant with process policies. 
  • Analytic, pragmatic, solution-oriented, able to quickly comprehend different user requirements and provide matching solutions within process policies.
  • Well-structured and organized, able to manage a large global playing field with many stakeholders and topics on both management and detailed level.

Preferred Skills:

  • Global knowledge of Rabobank IT Landscape and applied technology.
  • Data Modelling expertise.
  • Reporting skills.
