Are you the new learning insights manager who gets energy from running the day to day learning insights activities?

You and your job
As a Learning Insights Manager you make a contribution by monitoring and managing the effectiveness of learning portfolios within and outside HR, efficiency of learning processes and budget management. As a real people person, you get energy from creating a data-driven mindset amongst your Learning colleagues within the bank and sharing best practice on both sides. You are part of the Learning & Development team within Area People Development, HR.

An average working day

Are you curious about what would be on your to-do list on an average working day? For instance you analyse finance data on learning investment and preferred suppliers for our senior stakeholders. You may also create a deep-dive on the usage and experience of Ai learnings in Percipio, our global learning platform. If you need a break from Excel and PowerBI, you will work closely together with local learning teams to create a learning measurement plan for their strategic programs to ensure learning objectives are met. Or you onboard new learning professional on our ways of working and data sets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the One Bank Learning Budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources in line with HR scope and Strategic Workforce Planning. Provide business domains and learning portfolio owners with quarterly insights on learning spend and preferred supplier usage.
  • Performance Metrics: Further develop and implement key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of learning programs, suppliers and learning portfolios, provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate regular reports on the outcomes and effectiveness of learning solutions and portfolios, provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Onboard new learning professionals in and outside HR on Learning Insights related Rabobank Learning Standards, Templates and Processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all HR learning consultants comply with relevant industry regulations such as GDPR. Implement updates and enhancements as needed.

This is what we offer you

  • up to € 6.130,64 gross per month (scale 9).
  • an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
  • Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance.
  • The possibility to order working from home facilities (desk, chair and screen) and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-
