SR Operations Analyst

Activities

• Reconciliation of positions and finances of B3 listed products (Equities, Futures, Options, and Lending).
• Brokerage and financial reconciliation with market participants.
• Management of guarantees and margin calls.
• Control of financial settlement and positions.
• Management of BTB (Buy to Borrow) and Repurchases.
• Allocation and handling of transfers.
• Opening and closing of systems.
• Ensuring that internal and external customer service is provided within established deadlines.
• Training and developing team colleagues.
• Analyzing situations, solving problems, and implementing service improvements.
• Monitoring and managing projects from Clearings and regulators.
• Identifying and proposing improvements in communication, procedures, and systems within the department.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
• Previous experience in post-trade operations, clearing, and financial settlement.
• Knowledge of B3 listed products (Equities, Futures, Options, and Lending).
• Experience with guarantees, margin calls, and financial settlement control.
• Ability to interact with market participants and perform financial reconciliations.
• Analytical skills to propose improvements in processes and systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Advanced English and Portuguese
