The VCF Global Analyst program embodies the recognition that in today’s rapidly evolving and interconnected landscape, a global perspective is essential for staying ahead. This program fosters value chain finance product knowledge, facilitates continuous learning and global experience, and drives innovation across diverse regions and product teams, equipping the participants to excel as well-rounded VCF professionals.

As a VCF Global Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various regional VCF teams throughout the entire lifecycle of vain chain finance transactions. Your contributions will extend beyond execution to encompass ongoing monitoring and optimization with below key responsibilities:

• Support the origination, structuring, execution and monitoring of transactions in all of the VCF product area's;
• Prepare comprehensive credit and business memoranda, ensuring clarity and accuracy in conveying critical information.
• Support global roll-out of certain strategic initiatives, such as embedding sustainability in our product offering, the further roll-out of new VCF product, the portfolio & capital optimisation and digital transformation of our department, and other global projects from W&R products or Rabobank group level.

 As a key member of our global platform, you will gain exposure to a wide array of working capital solutions, including Receivables Finance, Structured Inventory Finance, and Supplier Finance. VCF is the centre of competence for payables, structured inventory products and receivables finance solutions. The business line was established to provide Rabobank clients with optionality of products for their working capital needs and to enhance the revenue contribution of clients to the overall Wholesale revenue line by being a one stop value chain financing service provider for primarily Wholesale clients. Current key products offered by VCF from its product suite include:

• Asset Based Lending (ABL)
• Portfolio Finance (PF)
• Receivables Purchase (RP)
• Securitized Asset Based Lending (SABL)
• Structured Inventory Products (SIP)
• Supplier Finance (SF)

We are looking for a Global Analyst with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong drive who is eager to learn, go extra mile for the client and contribute to the team’s output and success. Being part of a team, we expect you to be an excellent team player, but also able to deliver and solve the complexity independently with below skills:

• Strategic thinker with a Master's degree; 
• At least 1-2 years of working experience within a front office wholesale banking environment;
• Can-do attitude, creative problem solving skills, strong drive and able to perform under pressure and deadlines;
• Organisational sensitivity, self-motivation and growth mindset, solution oriented with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and networking skills;
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written; Other European language(s) will definitely be a plus;
• Team player and collaborative.

Functionally, you will be undertaking 6-months rotations in different VCF teams. You will be based in the Netherlands, but you will be working with other teams/offices within Global VCF and you will be posted with other VCF teams  internationally for 1-2 rotations.

• The function is scaled in function group 8
• The level within the salary scale and your personal salary depend on your education, knowledge and experience
• 2-year fixed contract, extendable to permanent contract
