Drive the transformation of Business Lending as Tech Lead by guiding 3-4 squads within the Tech Domain, ensuring high-performing teams, and embedding simplification and automation in everything you do. - Leading the implementation of proactive monitoring to ensure the continuity of critical applications.

- You possess an academic level of working and thinking in Computer Science, enabling you to analyse complex technological challenges from multiple perspectives and propose innovative solutions that shape the future of business lending.
- You have at least five years of experience in the IT sector, including three years in the data domain, which empowers you to make data-driven decisions and translate abstract data into tangible business value.
- Experience with HR responsibility.
- You have demonstrable experience in safeguarding IT development and continuity in a managerial role, including establishing processes for incident management, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- You excel at stimulating collaboration within multidisciplinary DevOps teams and, with your focus on the client, you consistently ensure that collective goals are monitored and achieved (stimulating collaboration, focus on client).
