Connect the business with engineers by developing and improving enterprise applications within Supporthub. In team Red, you support the configuration of workflow processes and templates, answer questions from business teams and provide Supporthub training. You analyse new functionalities and contribute to a dynamic working environment where innovation is key. As a Business Analyst, you are essential to the success of team Red.
- You continuously support business teams in creating and improving workflow processes and communication templates.
- You identify and analyse new functionalities and work together with engineers to realise them.
- You help the team with bug fixes and maintenance, ensuring processes run smoothly.
- 36 hours per week.
- Team Red saves approximately 18,000 business hours monthly through 60,000 completed processes; next year this will grow to >30,000 hours per month.

- Support the configuration of workflow processes and templates within Supporthub, enabling business teams to work efficiently and streamline communication.
- Analyse and identify new functionalities, collaborate with engineers to refine and realise them, and contribute to continuous innovation.
- Answer questions and resolve issues for business teams, provide training and ensure an optimal user experience.

- Business analysis and/or process analysis skills.
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in the area of app development.
- Experience with workflow automation and/or template building.
- Experience with PowerApps / Logic apps.
- Experience with SQL queries.
- Stimulating collaboration (collaborating).
- Customer focus.
- Taking unequivocal ownership.
