What is the best way to set up a central location where all stakeholders can find the relevant information about their Funds Transfer Price (FTP)?

Reason for the assignment:

FTP is the mechanism in the bank that is used to pass on the costs and income of interest, currency and liquidity risks. The FTP is set by Treasury. Within Treasury we have a vast amount of information and data available regarding FTP, but this is spread over different places. As the bank offers different products and has a very broad customer base, calculations or assumptions may differ per FTP component. By centrally managing all relevant information, we can significantly improve our effectiveness and give better insight to stakeholders regarding their FTP.

As an assignment, we ask you to make an inventory of all available information, to coordinate with various teams what information is relevant to them and to come up with a strategy on how we can unlock this information.

• Affinity with the financial markets;
• A keen analytical ability;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
• A result-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently.
