What will you do?

As an intern in the Learning & Development (L&D) team of our Wholesale & Rural EAA Team, your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Align Rabo Academies: Make sure that there is synergy & clarity about the learning paths.
• Evaluating Program Effectiveness: Collecting feedback, analysing performance indicators, and adjusting strategies to improve outcomes.
• Managing Learning Management Systems (LMS): Overseeing LMS platforms to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
• Facilitating Onboarding Programs: Designing and coordinating comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees.
• Supporting Career Development: Facilitating continuous career development and creating individual development plans for employees.

Do you have a good proposal for a new idea within our department? We are open to your ideas and would love to work together to formulate a suitable internship assignment.

You and your talent
You are an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn student who wants to develop in a dynamic work environment. You are interested in customer-oriented work aimed at (large) business clients. Additionally:

• You are pursuing an HBO or WO degree in HR, Educational sciences or a related study;
• You are proactive and strong in communication in both Dutch and English;
• You are self-starting, flexible and have an analytical mindset;
• You have an interest in the financial sector.
• Location: Utrecht | Internship period: September/in consultation | Hours per week: in consultation, but at least 2/3 days a week.
