During this internship at Rabobank, you will design and develop a Centralized Query Portal that serves as a single intake channel for compliance and procedure-related queries. This project will streamline query management, reduce duplication, and enable SLA tracking and reporting.

You will:

• Design the portal structure and workflow.
• Configure query categorization and routing.
• Develop a reporting dashboard for SLA and trend analysis.
• Document the process and create handover guidelines.
• Contribute to team projects relating to effectiveness and engagement.

You will work closely with a content expert who will provide oversight and subject matter expertise throughout the project.

And then? After completing this meaningful, end-to-end project, you will have gained hands-on experience in:

• Process optimization and workflow design.
• Dashboard development and data analysis.
• Stakeholder engagement and documentation.

Examples of projects/tasks:

• Design portal structure and routing logic.
• Develop SLA tracking and reporting dashboard.
• Create documentation and handover materials.

You are an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn student who wants to grow in a dynamic work environment. You have an interest in developing solutions that streamline query management and improve response times. You understand the importance of transparency, accountability, and actionable insights in query resolution. You are eager to take ownership of a project that will have a lasting impact on the organisation.

• You are currently pursuing an HBO/WO degree
• You have basic knowledge of web tools or SharePoint.
• You have the ability to develop dashboards and analyze data.
• You have strong documentation skills.
• You have strong analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
• You demonstrates ownership and initiative.
