During this internship at Rabobank, you will work on your professional development within the Investments department. You’ll engage with colleagues to discover what new starters really need to become up and running within six months, explore opportunities within Rabobank, and design innovative solutions to make the department more attractive for young professionals. And then? After your internship, you’ll have gained valuable experience, built a strong network, and contributed to projects that make a real impact on the future of banking.

• Conduct research at the IT department of Investments.
• Map and improve knowledge retention and onboarding for new employees.
• Design a pilot project to attract and engage Generation Z starters.

• Duration: Six months (graduation internship).
• This internship gives you a solid foundation to apply for one our junior positions or traineeships afterwards.
• Hours per week: Full-time, 36 hours.
