You and your job
Being a Domain Control Officer (DCO) means you have a directing and consulting role on a tactical and strategic level when it comes to IT Risk & Control matters. You drive continuous improvement of our compliance, security & continuity and risk handling and seek alignment with other DCO’s and Risk Partners. As such you have strong stakeholder management skills and act as a single point of contact for a Tech Domain (IT department ranging in size 80-550 FTE) and are a partner for the Tech Domain Manager regarding IT risk, compliancy and security topics. The DCO represents a Tech Domain in discussions and forums where integrated continuity, security and risk management are addressed. Furthermore, you make sure the Dynamic Risk Cycle for your Tech Domain is executed properly. You will be supported in your tasks by a team of Risk Professionals and also work closely together with our Risk Partners.
You will join a team of other DCO’s within the Tech Control Office (TCO) of the Retail NL Tech Division. Together we are responsible for directing the Dynamic Risk Cycle of the entire Tech Division, providing guidance where needed and improving risk handling through process optimization or automation.

- Directing the process of Control Self Assessments executed by the Tech Domain
- Organizing the monthly In-Control Meetings where important risk topics are discussed
- Making sure Tech Domain IT risks are properly identified, assessed and have a risk response

- Being a strategic sparring partner and a valued challenger of the Tech Domain Management. You bring decisiveness and acceleration to specific IT risk / control related topics.
- Driving continuous improvement of our compliance, security & continuity and risk handling and seeking alignment with other Tech Domains. You contribute to developing standards & procedures and initiate and monitor compliancy towards these standards.
- Supporting the Tech Domain MT’s in reaching their strategic risk goals. You initiate, direct and monitor the Dynamic Risk Cycle activities.

You and your talent
- You have extensive experience in the IT Risk / Control field (for example: IT audit, consulting or an internal risk department role).
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills.

This is what we offer you
- up to € 8.111,77 gross per month (scale 10-11);
- thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance;
