As a VCF Client Servicing Group Officer (CSG Officer) you can make a difference by being the single point of contact within VCF’s CSG, part of VCF’s CAO domain, regarding servicing our clients and make sure they can run their working capital business with our tailor made products.
You and your job
As a CSG Officer you are the single point of contact within VCF with a focus on our Receivables and Payables products and making sure that these products are implemented timely and accurately, to control risk and to meet the international service level agreements and market practices. You service our clients in a risk and controlled based way and are client centric.
Practical Examples
Manage VCF’s Receivables and Payables transactions according internal and external guidelines together with 8 other CSG Officers
Liaise with front-, mid- and back-offices in different regions
Make sure transaction data is entered into bank- and VCF systems timely and accurately

The 26 people in CSG (8 area Receivables and Payables and 18 area Inventory) provide tailor made solutions to optimize working capital and supply chain finance solutions which include Structured Inventory Products (SIP), Securitized Asset Based Lending (SABL), Receivables Purchase (Monetization), Portfolio Finance and Supplier Finance for our Global Corporate Clients. You and your talent
Bachelors working and thinking level
3+ years of experience within a (wholesale) bank, with knowledge of products and processes
Strong numerical/analytical skills, including the ability to work with figures, charts and graphs
Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word
Curious, critical and eager to bring improvements to the processes
Fluent English both verbal as written, preferably also in Dutch
Teamplayer
This is what we offer you
Up to € 4,889 gross per month (scale 8, 36h)
a thirteenth month and 8% holiday allowance
