You and your job
Sink your teeth in complex strategic issues of Rabobank’s Innovation & Technology domain and various business lines as Digital Strategy Consultant. You’ll help succeed a dynamic and diverse team with a can-do mentality that focuses on delivering the right answer on strategic questions which directly contribute to the ambitions and strategic goals of the bank. You’ll work on a broad range of urgent topics, from sustainability data challenges to engineering culture conundrums, characterized by complex problems related to digital and IT.

• Structure issues and advise on content as well as on methodology with your strong analytical skills

• Use your strategic framework to create clear and compelling storylines, workshops and presentations tailored to stakeholders’ needs

• Take the lead from day one on projects and direct & guide junior and medior consultants

Working on two to three projects simultaneously per quarter in close cooperation with senior management and board members will further boost your personal and professional development. The 10 people in Strategy Development aim to support senior management across the organization to do the best next thing related to digital, tech, data & innovation. You and your talent

• Completed university level master education

• ​At least 6 years of relevant experience in a corporate consultancy environment

• Affinity with digital, IT, data & analytics and an agile way of working

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Good at perceiving needs

• Your story inspires

• Fluent in Dutch and English

This is what we offer you

• up to € 6.741,24 gross per month (scale 10)

• thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance

• an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.

• a budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-

• a personal development budget of € 1,400-

• a combination of working from home and at the office

• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport

• a pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5% or 5.5% (based on your personal preference)

• 151.2 hours holiday per year including 1 Diversity Day per year
