You and your job

As Test Automation Engineer you will work in a Scrum team within a scaled Agile environment. You will review requirement and specification documents, prepare test deliverables including test plans, test data, and test scripts. In your role as Test Automation Engineer you will execute manual tests for new features and bugs, and create and track bug records. Additionally, you will design, develop, and execute automated integration test scripts, REST API test scripts, and monitor automated tests running in Azure DevOps Pipeline. You will also be responsible for documenting the test results and evidence. You will make sure that you stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies, and adhere to Rabobank testing standards.

You and your talent

• You have at least 5 years of experience in software testing
• You have at least 5 years of experience as test automation specialist
• You have good communication skills and you are a team player
• You have experience in international IT projects. You master the English language. It’s a pre if you are fluent in Dutch
• You are curious, analytic, pro-active, determined, result driven and not afraid to share your opinion

Required

• You have strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• You have knowledge of CI/CD, preferably Azure DevOps
• You have experience with .Net Framework
• You have strong programming skills, preferably C# (Python, Java, JavaScript, Typescript)
• You have experience in REST API testing and API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger
• You are familiar with BDD, Spec Flow
• YAML
• SQL

Nice to have

• An ISTQB or TMAP certification
• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or any relevant field
• Experience with Azure Test Plans

This is what we offer you

• from € 3,423 up to € 6,741 gross per month (scale 8 - 10 based on your seniority)
• thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
