Management Assistant Risk Management Operational Risk & CITO
Do you like to work in a dynamic and ambitious team in an internationally orientated environment? Do you think in terms of solutions instead of problems and are you curious about new things? Getting things done is top of mind and proactivity is the way you handle your work? We would like to meet you!
You and your job
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. You as a management assistant contribute by servicing and supporting the MT members and their teams. You identify where support is needed and proactively address this in consultation with the MT members. You like to work in an internationally orientated environment. Together we strive to get the best out of ourselves.
You know how to separate main issues from side issues, coordinate and keep an overview. Especially when it's busy. You don't let yourself be fooled by jargon or complex organizational structures. Did something go wrong? Then you see that as a great lesson because you like to learn. Of course, your basic work and administration is in tip-top order, and you arrange your affairs with flexibility and tact.
