You and your job 
Rabobank is simplifying and modernizing the Credit Risk model landscape. As a Business Analyst within the Chain Implementation squad of the tribe Credit Analytics you and your squad are responsible for translating regulatory driven requirements into IT solutions. These solutions will be used by new complex calculators supporting the credit process chain. From direct use in the loan sales process to use in the capital reporting on Rabobank’s complete credit portfolio. 

Practical Examples 

• Translate business and IT requirements into functional and technical designs, aligned with the architects, product owners, stakeholders and the responsible squads within and outside our tribe. 
• Design and implement the data related business requirements process together with the squads, using tools like Collibra and PowerDesigner.

You and your talent

• In addition to these skill you should recognize yourself in below checklist: 
• University Level education (bachelor or master) in a relevant direction (IT-Finance) 
• Proven ability to act as a Business Analyst in a complex data driven and model based environment for combined business and IT implementation teams 
• Experience in translating regulatory requirements in financial environments to IT solutions supporting our business. 
• Experience with credit risk data using tools like Collibra, PowerDesiger and SQL. 
• Experience in creating, guiding and supporting our test and implementation strategy. 
• Good understanding of IT security and monitoring principles. 
• Helicopter view, overseeing a wide domain and consequences design decisions have. 
• Good communication skills to collaborate with squads, in control partners and other stakeholders in the organization. 
• You can easily adjust your communication to the level of your audience. 
• You have the ability to influence and persuade others with an open mindset. 
• Good English proficiency (both oral and written). Preferably also in Dutch. 

This is what we offer you  

• up to € 5.655,50,- gross monthly salary (scale 9) 
• thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
