You and your job
As Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Officer – Risk Management & Intelligence you play a critical role by providing in-depth risk management knowledge on financial economic crime (FEC). This position is within the 2nd line of defence, has a  global scope and primary responsibilities include providing guidance and challenge to the 1st line of defence in relation to the Group FEC Systematic Integrity Risk Analysis (SIRA), FEC risk appetite statement (RAS) and control framework - collectively referred to as the risk and control framework (RCF). You will do so in close collaboration with Risk Intelligence colleagues who are on top of emerging FEC threats.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Advise and challenge the 1st line on the Group FEC SIRA, an analysis which provides Rabobank essential insights into the perceived risk levels for various business lines, locations and activities of the different Rabobank controlled owned group entities
• Provide (formal) opinions on the Group FEC RAS. Work on the continuous improvement of strategic risk statements and levels of risk Rabobank is willing to accept. Challenge the identification and assessment of material risks as part of the Group FEC RAS.
• Review and update the Group FEC RCF library on an annual basis through multi-stakeholder collaboration with 1st and 2nd line of defence throughout the entire Group.

FCC Risk Management & Intelligence is part of the broader Financial Crime Compliance team which consists of approximately 125 colleagues. FCC Risk Management & Intelligence contributes to defining the control framework and improving the risk management of anti-financial crime, one of the banks’ top priorities. You and your talent

• In depth knowledge of risk and control frameworks
• In depth knowledge  of the FEC domain and risks
• Experience in providing (formal) challenge
• Fluency in English, Dutch language skills a plus
• Strong stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills

This is what we offer you

• between €4.714 - up to € 8 .111 gross base salary per month (scale 10 or 11, depending on experience and soft skils)
• An Employee benefit budget of 11%, holiday allowance and a 13th month

• 100% reimbursement of travel costs by public transport (2nd class) or a fixed amount per month
• A pension scheme with a personal contribution of 5,5%
