You and your job
As a DevOps Engineer at Tribe Wealth Management, you'll play a key role in the maintenance and operations of sustainable savings and investment products and services. But we don't stop there - our ultimate goal is to be our clients' partner-in-life when it comes to managing their wealth. Here are some of the exciting things you'll be working on:
A Data Warehouse that is running on our on-premise infrastructure but also our new Data Warehouse which is cloud-native.
Running and monitoring all data flows from sources till targets.
Daily reports that we create for our business stakeholders like AFM and monthly reports for the DNB. Our Data Warehouse also produce internal management reports which are compiled in PowerBI.
Your work will be critical in ensuring that we create effective and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Gradually migrating our on-premise Data Warehouse towards our new cloud-native Data environment. In this way you will contribute to the future architecture within our tribe.
Identifying and managing dependencies and risks. You'll be a key player in ensuring that we deliver our products and services according to all the security and compliancy guidelines.
Working together with various team members, including data engineers, business analysts, solution architects, product- and process managers, to deliver a better product. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to creating innovative solutions.
Participating proactively in team decisions and challenging your team members on presented solutions.

You and your talent
Here are the qualifications we're looking for, and how you can use them to make a difference:
Skilled in Linux shell scripting and SQL code with at least 5 years of experience. As a member of our team, you’ll feel responsible for the quality of the software the team delivers and making sure all data processing runs flawless in production.
Having hands-on experience working with Informatica PowerCenter as the ETL solution and IWS as the workload scheduler.
Automating all manual activities, working with GIT and Ansible is part of your second nature. You are always looking for ways to improve the data processing, performance, stability and security of our Data Warehouse.
You have experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory and CI/CD pipelines.
A natural problem solver with a proven track record of operating a Data Warehouse. You work closely with our team to deliver products and services that exceed expectations.
You are able to use your analytical skills to uncover new insights and propose effective solutions that solve complex challenges.
Experience working in agile environments, including DevOps and Agile/SCRUM methodologies. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and collaboration.
A constructive and flexible mindset with a drive to achieve results. You'll take ownership of your work and be motivated to contribute to our team's success.

This is what we offer you
a gross monthly salary between € 3.959,- and € 5.655,- (scale 9).
13th month and holiday pay: as of January 1, 2023, the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.
an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-
100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.
a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.
Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
