Tribe is responsible for all activities that are carried out after sales and relate to providing services such as changing, managing or terminating the agreement. You can help us with providing the best services to our customers by joining one of our DevOps squads as a Scrum Master


Making a difference

As a Scrum Master you will be working with two squads, communicating in both English and Dutch.
We believe that Scrum Masters can coach in their squads and area and therewith make an impact on the bigger organization. We think our group of Scrum Masters are best placed to work together to develop the area as a whole. This includes solving organisational impediments, challenging priorities & focus and facilitating in area strategy, goals & KPI setting.

With you

We take our area to the next level and are looking for someone who can embark on this journey with us. This means you:

  • Intrinsically motivate the squads to embrace the Agile way of working and help them to take the next steps in their growth

  • You are experienced in coaching teams on process, product, people and technology

  • With your passion for Agile, your knowledge of the Scrum framework and your people knowledge, you create a culture of continuous improvement

  • You are able to stand your ground when it comes to Agile working in various settings and know how to make Agile work for the teams

  • You will be a driving force in the teams when it comes continuous improvement

Required knowledge and experience:

  • bachelor or master level

  • Ability and will to show passion and dedication

  • Continuously learning attitude

  • Can-do mentality, see possibilities, not bears

  • Good communication skills

  • At least of 3 years working experience as a Scrummaster of IT teams

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Agile Way of Working (Scrum / Kanban)

  • PSM I certified

  • Fluent English is a must, fluency in Dutch highly preferred

Really nice to have:
 

  • PSM II certified

  • PSPO I certified

  • Previous experience in IT engineer roles, with vision on software delivery (quality, speed, automation, security, continuity)

  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric and process-based applications.

  • a gross monthly salary between € 3,959.74 and € 5,655.50 (scale 9), depending on experience, knowledge and education.

  • an Employee Benefit Budget (10% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash payout.

  • flexible working hours.

  • 100% reimbursement of the costs of home/work travel if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a home/work travel allowance.

  • a pension scheme, to which your contribution is only 3,5%.
