The GRFD is no ordinary data warehouse; it's a colossal repository housing the lifeblood of Rabobank – financial and financial risk data, meticulously gathered from every corner of the Rabobank Group. But here's the kicker – it's about to get even more colossal. As the demands for reporting functions surge and the influx of data sources intensifies, this data behemoth is set to expand, and it needs you to navigate this expansion.

This is where the thrill truly begins. You'll find yourself in the eye of a storm, tackling a wide spectrum of challenges and piecing together complex puzzles. One moment, you're diving deep into the technical intricacies, and the next, you're seamlessly shifting gears to address the functional aspects. With each other
We work together at the Rabobank. GRFD is part of the delivery cluster Data Distribution which is part of the IT Systems Risk, Finance and Compliance domain. GRFD is part of a larger program which relies on the GRFD team members to build a future looking data logistic and reporting landscape for Risk & Finance. The program has as its goal to provide all Group financial and financial risk reports for internal and external customers, especially for regulators.

This data warehouse uses SAP HANA XSA as a database engine and Informatica applications, including PowerCenter for the ETL functionalities. The various architectural data layers are based on the DataVault technique and dimensional modelling, derived from a central group-wide logical data model. De new GRFD data logistics are being implemented to standardise and improve the quality of the various required reports and to be able to respond more quickly to internal requirements and those of the regulators.

With you
Client focus, vision, collaboration, communication and continuous improvement are basic building blocks for this function. In addition, you should recognize the importance of the following items:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in BI consulting, software engineering, and ETL development.

• Proficiency in SQL and extensive experience in DataVault modeling.

• Strong expertise with Informatica PowerCenter and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to translate functional specifications into technical designs.

• Familiarity with BI-related test methodologies and GIT for deployments.

• Preferably, experience with SAP Hana XSA, SAP PowerDesigner, and diverse modeling techniques.

• Financial sector experience, particularly in banking, is a plus.

• Analytical, creative, team-oriented, and capable of coaching less experienced colleagues.

This is what we offer you

• a gross monthly salary between € 3.423,- and € 5.655,- (scale 8 or 9 based on your experience, 36 hours per week).

• 13th month and holiday pay: as of January 1, 2023, the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.

• an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.

• an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-

• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.

• a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.

• a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.

• Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
