Tech Lead CDD Detection

And are you able, with your enthusiasm and knowledge, to learn how to lead IT teams in this great assignment? We are looking for a Tech Lead for the CDD RNL Detection area. The area plays a central role in the tribe FEC Tech (Financial Economic Crime), where risks of new and existing customers are estimated for the bank and society, based on data input from money laundering, terrorist financing and name screening. You and your job

As a Tech Lead you provide direction to several Squads within our area (+/- 100Fte),  together with your colleague Tech Leads, area lead and area architect. These squads work on issues within FEC tech with a focus on preventing money laundering and terrorist financing, among other things. As a member of the Tech Lead team, together you are responsible for IT Delivery within the area. This includes creating and maintaining strong teams, finding the right employees and setting up an effective and efficient production process within our Simplify @ Scale framework. As a Tech Lead, you include your environment in the IT and process improvements that we implement in work, on a daily basis and for the long(er) term. You also need to ensure that your squads are in control with regard to security and life cycle management. Of course you are interested in what is going on in the market. Stakeholder management is one of the most important parts of the work, such as continuously connecting with your environment to ensure that the right services are provided.

• A contract for 36 - 40 hours per week 
• This position is a 10 role (between € 4.848,64 - € 6.926,62)
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance; 
• An extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out; 
• A Budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-; 
• A personal development budget of € 1,400-; 
• A combination of working from home and at the office; 
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport; 
• A pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5%; 
• 151.2 hours holiday per year + 1 Diversity Day per year.
