Operations Engineer

Developing, improving, managing, documenting and maintaining our advanced analytics platform, One!Lab,on Azure. That’s what you do together with colleagues in an agile team. You improve our operational processes through further automation and strengthen the team by proactively proposing system and process improvements.
You will be responsible for
Please find below on a high level your responsibilities:
- Handling first line of support for the One!Lab squads
- Setting up the newly formed team
- Developing or improving self service as much as possible (chatbot)
- Be a contact person for the end user in case of issues/questions
- Onboarding of users on the One!Lab platform
- Collaborate with a team of platform engineers and business analysts to optimize and iterate on platform solutions
- Support, maintain and document software functionality and make it easy to find
- Serve as a subject matter expert
Experience
Above all we are looking for new colleagues with an insatiable curiosity in doing operations
on a medior/senior level. We believe that if you are a good (dev) ops engineer, language doesn’t matter although we do understand everyone has preferences. There is absolutely no need to thick all of below mentioned boxes but it gives you a good understanding on which technology/frameworks/languages we use:
