Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Pega Lead System Architect in our organisation, you will spearhead the development into our target architecture, driving the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions. You will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our systems and processes. You will lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and developers, to deliver state-of-the-art systems that enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include among others:

• Leading end-to-end Pega project implementations, including solution design, system configuration, and integration.
• Translating business requirements into scalable and robust Pega-based solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Mentoring and guiding (a) team(s) of skilled Pega developers, fostering a culture of innovation, and promoting professional growth.
• Conducting thorough system testing, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Pega platform updates, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pega Lead System Architect, working on complex projects and handling end-to-end implementations. Experience with Pega Cloud, Collections and Constellations is valued.
• Strong expertise in Pega, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions.
• Great vision on the way of working in a DevOps environment.
• Proficiency in system integration, web services, and API development.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to bring along people in your vision.

The package and benefits:

• A gross monthly salary between € 4.718,88 - € 6.741,24, (salary scale10), depending on experience, knowledge and education.
• 13th month salary and 8% holiday allowance;
• An Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary); you decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving extra cash on a monthly basis;
• An annual Personal Development Budget of € 1.400,-.
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance;
• A monthly € 40,- nett work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
• A monthly € 40,- nett internet allowance.
