You and your job
Together with the ProductOwner you run a DevOps team to manage the roadmap and operations of the online proposition within Rab Smart Pay.  Responsible for extending and “running” the online payments within Rabo Smart Pay, and thus working with high availability, high performance and high security requirements. This includes working on a High Level Solution for new features and payment methods, coordination with fellow BA’s on alignment and planning, ensuring the solution fits customer needs as well as the Rabobank Standards, Architecture guidelines, Security controls and performance requirements. Besides this, you also use your canalytical skills to assess incidents and contribute to analysis, fixes and follow up. Lastly, you also act as Scrum Master to facilitate the team to work effectively and help with Quarterly planning.

You and your talent

• You have a business degree with computer sciences subjects (like data analytics, programming, etc.) or an IT degree with business sciences subjects (like accounting, business management, etc)
• At least 3 years of experience preferably within a financial institute or the finance department of a company (complex system/banking)
• You are able to work in a cross-functional team within a multi-cultural environment and take responsibility with this team for all the work that the team commits to.
• Translate requirements into user stories and are closely involved in the realization.
• Take ownership on the high level solution of new features and payment methods.
• You have experience working in an Agile setup (preferably Scrum Master experience as well).
• You have some basic testing skills.
• Fluent in English, preferably in Dutch as well.
• Great analytical and problem solving skills.
• Very good communication and cooperation  skills.
• Results matter, you get things done whatever happens.

This is what we offer you

• a gross monthly salary between € 3.959,- and € 5.655,- (scale 9).
• 13th month and holiday pay: the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
• an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.
• an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.
• a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
• a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.
• Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
