Teamlead Source-to-Contract system

As a Teamlead Source-to-Contract system you and your team contribute to Rabobank’s ambition to have grip on supplier costs and supply risks, by maintaining and optimizing the global application for Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier management & Risk management ‘PRISMA’ (based on SAP Ariba), meanwhile increasing user adoption.

You and your job
Procurement & Vendor Management (PVM) is a unit within Rabobank of approximately 90 FTE with a global procurement responsibility. The department contributes to a strong cooperative bank by delivering the services Strategic category management, Sourcing & contracting, Supply risk management, Supplier- and contract life cycle management, Requisition-to-Pay and Data & analytics.

PVM Global Services (GS) is responsible for supporting all the services with automation, for centralized information sharing through the Procurement Portal and for delivering the services Requisition-to-Pay and Data & Analytics.

The application PRISMA is the global single source for suppliers, supplier contracts and supply risks. PRISMA is a high visibility application, because of the heavy regulations for suppliers in the financial sector. The user community spans from buyers, vendor managers and risk experts, to senior management.

As the Teamlead you and your team have the important challenge to manage stakeholders, to maintain and optimize PRISMA, to facilitate the further rolling out globally and to increase the user adoption.

Get results

• Continuously improve the automation of procurement processes in PRISMA and accommodate the high number of changes. Work together with the ‘service owners’ closely and proactively suggest optimizations of the automated processes.
• Guarantee a flawless performance of the system and meet SLA times of the ITIL processes.
• Manage the IT delivery organization (20 dev/ops team members) to ensure they meet the agreed objectives.
• Optimize whenever possible the user journey to increase user adoption.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Ensure proper assessment and prioritisation of the functional software requirements in line with the organisational and departmental priorities; manage a well performing system functional application in line with the SLA. Have a constant focus on improving the user adoption and the quality of the PRISMA application, while in parallel rolling out PRISMA to international regions and subsidiaries.
• Lead a team of professionals and use a combination of functional procurement process knowledge with technical and interpersonal skills to complete the duties successfully.
• Build and maintain good relations with stakeholders like the user community, the MT PVM, Service Owners and the IT delivery organization to anticipate on changes and to manage the team workload.

You and your talent

• Professional Master level knowledge of and >10y of working experience and deep knowledge of global procurement processes & systems.
• IT professional, able to oversee and maintain software system and programs in a high quality and (resource, time & budget) efficient manner. Able to work in a global, complex and multi stakeholder environment. Knowledge of SAP Ariba is plus.
• Proven execution power, get things done together, in time and with right quality.
• Strong senior stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong communicator, fluent in Dutch and English.
• Knowlegde of supplier(risk)processes in financial services industry is a plus.
• International & culturally sensitive.
• Experienced in leading, coaching and initiating development of a team of professionals (FG 8 and above).
• Proficient in developing and managing strategic (transformational) and operational plans.

This is what we offer you

• A salary between € 5.834,40 and € 8.334,84 gross per month (scale 11),
• an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out,
• a personal development budget of € 1.400,
• a combination of working from home and at the office.
