You and your job

As a scrum master, you will be part of CreditCore, a cutting-edge tribe within Rabobank that provides credit risk services to optimize business operations for the bank and its clients. Our clear and consistent implementation of global standards ensures compliance with regulations and protection against inadmissible credit risk. You make the difference, you see as your mission to improve your team getting better in all dimensions: Way of Working, productivity and team happiness. It is your role, together with your team, the PO and the other scrum masters of the area, to ensure that we deliver maximum customer value. Sometimes you do this by hosting a good retro, other times by monitoring the velocity or even by raising the confidence level of colleagues just that little bit more in 1 on 1 conversations. This requires focus and skills to find out the question behind the question and, where necessary, you seek confrontation. In addition to your work in your team, you also see the surrounding playing field and where you can improve this, you are eager to pick it up. In other words; You do whatever it takes!

This is familiar territory for you:

  • Affinity with IT and/or credit risk and willing to master;
  • Experience as scrum master:
    -    in a complex stakeholder landscape;
    -    in business teams (without IT DevOps);
  • Scrum and Agile methods and principles (PSM I);
  • Embedding and applying the right metrics;
  • Working, setting up and managing Azure DevOps (Backlogs);
  • You master both English & Dutch.

Would be nice if you:

  • are PSM II certified;
  • are PSPO I & II certified;
  • have experience as Scrum Master with IT DevOps teams;
  • have experience with Rabobank S@S WoW/rituals.

This is what we offer you 

 A gross monthly salary between €3,423.- and € 6,741.- based on 36-hour work week (scale 8 to 10);

  • 40 hours work week is possible;
  • A thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance;
  • An extra budget of 10% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
  • A budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40,-;
  • A personal development budget of € 1,400,-;
  • A combination of working from home and at the office
  • 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport
  • A pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5%
  • 151.2 hours holiday per year + 1 Diversity Day per year
