You and your job

As a Project Manager within the FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio and RemediationTeam, you ensure Rabobank meets Sanctions requirements and effectively manages the Sanctions risks.

You will run projects to help buildthe FEC Global Sanctions organization. You contribute to this by managing projects thatbuild and strengthen our organization, support the Culture initiatives and drive the future ready sanctions organization.

The Sanctions landscape is a dynamic and challenging field, it requires a creative mindset and proactive approach to fulfil our Sanctions purpose: Together we safeguard our customers, the bank and society by detecting and preventing sanctions violations. A role with impact.

  • As a Project manager, you are responsible for your projects, you take ownership and drive the project from initiation to delivery, implementation and close. You deliver on your promises.
  • You like to know what you are talking about so you read up on your topicand are pro-active in understanding the context and stakeholder field of your projects. You are risk minded andunderstand the importance of risk mindedness in FEC projects. 
  • You are excited to work in an international environment.
  • You take the initiative to engage with various colleagues and stakeholders in and outside the FEC Sanctions domain and youkeep your stakeholders informed.

The  FEC Sanctions Change Portfolio and Remediationis a small team with big ambitions and a lot of enthusiasm and drive to build a stable and innovative change portfolioteam in FEC Global Sanctions. We focus on Remediation for RNL, build the FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio and drive the Culture Initiatives. We take ownership, we work together to get things done and we make impact.

You and your talent

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience as a Project Manager in a professional environment;
  • FEC Global Sanctions and geopolitics interests you and you are eager to learn; 
  • A strong problem solver who is able to work with complex topics;
  • A flexible and agile mindset, always seeking continuous improvement;
  • Our main language of communication is English. You speak and especially write English on an advanced level.  (Advanced level C1/C2);
  • You know your way around project management tools (we use AzureDevOps) and Powerpoint;
  • Above all; you have a positive presence,  are ready to make a difference and bring fun to your projects.

This is what we offer you

  • Scale 8 (up to € 5.300 gross per month) or scale 9 (up to € 6.130 gross per month), depending on your knowledge and experience.
  • Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance.
  • An extra budget of 10 or 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
  • A combination of working from home and at the office. You will meet your colleagues in the office twice a week at minimum.
  • 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport.
