Empower our business customer service colleagues with faster, easier, and more enjoyable work as a Business Analyst Robotics & Automation!

You & your role
You will be part of a team responsible for building, maintaining and supporting robotics solutions for various departments within the Global Service Centers as part of Wholesale & Rural. In a dedicated team, we develop tactical solutions that empower employees to perform their work even more efficiently and serve our customers even better. This includes tasks like efficiently collecting data and eliminating manual, repetitive, and sometimes frustrating processes. The Robotics & Automation Team aims to make our colleagues’ work in business customer service easier, faster, and more enjoyable! As a Business Analyst Robotics & Automation, you actively contribute to achieving this goal.

What do you do exactly…?

As a Business Analyst RPA (Robotics Process Automation), your core task is to translate business requirements into impactful automation solutions. You play both a substantive and coordinating role across all project phases: ideation, process analysis, elaboration of processes and requirements, and guidance throughout the construction, testing, and implementation phases. You are steadfast and are able to get the job done, even though the business may indicate that they are too busy to be helped at that time. You are aware of the business context in which our solutions are used and can empathize with the end user. Working alongside our engineers, you ensure seamless integration of robots with existing systems and infrastructure. When necessary, you collaborate with relevant stakeholders within the organization. Additionally, you monitor and evaluate the performance of existing solutions, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments.

  • Collaborating with an Agile Philosophy: This is how we work together.
