Within the Tribe Global Data & Analytics Platform you will work in the centre of the data driven enterprise. There are about 40 squads divided over multiple areas. You will work as a DevOps Engineer in the squad that is responsible for the Data Quality solution, a mature team both in terms of expertise and in collaboration. On a day to day basis, you support your squad with quality code. In addition, you are expected to have a growth mindset (persistence, adaptability and a willingness to keep learning) and be a team player, pairing up with your colleagues to learn and brainstorm ideas.

You will work in a scaled agile setting. Different squads work together in order to provide Data Platform services to end-user teams. This includes supporting roles such as Data Engineers, Data Stewards, Data Analysts and Data Citizens. We contribute to the collective goal of maximizing the value of our data and empowering end users. The solutions created need to be usable, resilient, scalable and secure. This requires you to have regular interaction with our users to understand their needs and keep looking for ways to deliver a positive user experience. You will translate this into meaningful features in a broad tech stack.

Examples

• Develop solutions in various tools and frameworks within the Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform, (including Data Factory, Machine Learning studio), Databricks, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Develop and improve CI/CD processes with Azure DevOps
• Identify the next steps to improve our solution and team up with colleagues to refine the work on our backlog.
• Take turns to be the operator of the sprint, monitoring our solution and addressing any questions and issues from our users.
• Provide meaningful input to help our team develop even more autonomy and maturity.

You and your talent

• a bachelor or master degree, or an equivalent working / thinking level
• affinity with software development, and proficient in Python and SQL to deliver readable code with proper documentation
• experience with CI/CD Azure DevOps
• experience with data quality is a plus
• excellent proficiency in English
