Product Manager Data & Analytics

As product manager you are responsible for scaling enterprise-wide Data & Analytics value generation by providing compliant and easy to use Data & Analytics shared RATE Category Building Block

You and your job

You are part of the newly formed Tribe Data & Analytics Products and Transformation. We accelerate and scale the Data & Analytics value generation throughout Rabobank. With a strong focus on adoption of new (AI) technologies and reusability we enable Tribes to solve challenges or create opportunities with the power of reusable Data & Analytics. Area Enterprise Analytics Products is responsible for the shared Building Blocks and helps others lower their time to market, increase cost efficiency and improve quality of their Data & Analytics solutions.

You will manage the Category product as a building block. Category is a complex model that assigned a payment transaction to a category such as e.g. Groceries which is used in over 30 applications. For example, Category model powers financial insights in our Banking App, automates credit decision making for credit cards and supports Transaction Monitoring. This shared building block is currently managed in a mature end-to-end responsible squad. As a Category product manager you’ll have the opportunity to take the Category product and its value creation to next level.

Together with the Category squad you’ll manage the vision and roadmap of Category and its use cases to make our impact even bigger. Having a keen eye on our consumer stakeholders, the way they interact with our products and how they manage their risks will enable you to further improve customer journeys and compliancy.

Top responsibilities

• Be curious, build relationships with stakeholders and execute Category vision, strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with the Category team to collectively make more impact
• Assure safety in use by making Category compliant to most important risk frameworks like Model, AI and GDPR risk
• Contribute to the change in a new developing Tribe and Area aimed to drive D&A Value creation and align the developments in Category

You and your talent

• Master or PhD degree
• Data and computational literate
• >5 year of product management relevant working experience, managing complex products/projects, collaborating across a large organization
• Proven experience with product delivery, product backlog, scrum and stakeholder management
• Experience in creating product roadmap, vision and strategy
• Experience in guiding and motivating multidisciplinary teams without hierarchical responsibility
• Model/AI risk experience with relevant frameworks, processes and network

This is what we offer you

• A contract for 36-hours on Scale 10 with a minimum salary of € 5.115, - and maximum of € 7.307- gross a month depending on experience.
• Extra budget of 10% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
