Key responsibilities

• Together with Tribe Lead and Tribe Tech Domain manager you are managing and running the Tribe as Tribe Architect
• Developing the long-term IT strategy, architecture and roadmap of the architecture domain Payments and Savings and steering the realization
• Fulfilling the HR responsibility for the internal personnel within the architecture team of Payments and Savings, including coaching on the content and skills, developing of business architects, performance management and recruitment. This responsibility includes mentoring and coaching solution architects within the functional line
• Keeping up to date with technical developments and maintaining a strong network in the market (vendors, competitors, fintechs, big techs, research and consultancy firms)

The 100 people in the architecture department are responsible for the development, maintenance and enforcement of the IT strategy and architecture of Rabobank, in order to realize an effective long-term direction for IT in support of the bank’s strategy – in commercial, efficiency and risk perspective. The architecture team of Payments and Savings joins forces to shape the architecture of payments, accounts (sales and service), special payments solutions (trade, cash management), smartpay, data and savings processes. With you included as managing architect the team consist of 5-6 architects, added with a group of solution architects working together as a team.

You and your talent

• 5 to 10 years of experience in business or enterprise architecture or another form of leadership on content
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Excellent communication skills and proven success in stakeholder management
• Able to develop a vision and keep a steady direction
• Experience in payments and cards, savings, accounts, trade, data and merchant solutions

This is what we offer you

• a gross monthly salary between € 7.332 and € 10.470 (SKA), based on experience and skills
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
• an extra budget of 13% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
• a personal development budget of € 1,400-
• a combination of working from home and at the office, Rabo@Anywhere
• A pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5% or 5,5%
