You are the hub of our RiskWise learning delivery. You develop learning content, have oversight on all process steps, and are monitoring timelines and delivery by ensuring the different stakeholders are involved for timely and qualitative delivery of their task in the development process. The proven concept of RiskWise and its parameters and quality standards are your guiding principles.

You and your job
With the organization’s learning needs and goals as a basis you develop learning content and execute this as part of the RiskWise learning curriculum. You safeguard the RiskWise way of working and together we are wiser philosophy by timely involvement of our customer panel and the regions in order to achieve a good global-local balance and maximum added value.  

You are able to adjust planning and manage the expectations of stakeholder as the content creation process progresses. Impediments and hick ups in the process do not scare you. Teamplay and self-efficacy are balanced. You have a can-do attitude and are creative in finding solutions to make it happen.

Practical Examples

  • Support the strengthening of capabilities of our colleagues worldwide by safeguarding timely delivery of RiskWise products and offerings;
  • Provide content and project management expertise to ensure learning needs and underlying conduct drivers of material risk culture are addressed in interventions;
  • Support the Behavioral Risk & Integrity team in the execution of interventions by further development of proven concepts and processes and providing new ideas and solutions to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Top 3 responsibilities

  • Project management and delivery of RiskWise learning and change interventions to accelerate risk culture activities;
  • Working together with customer panel, regions and other internal business partners throughout the three lines of responsibility to safeguard a smooth creation process and qualitative and value add delivery;
  • Bring innovative ideas and improvement suggestions to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of RiskWise execution to ensure operational effectiveness and sustainable impact of learning interventions.


Next to this you will be taking an active approach to stimulate that developments, insights, employee feedback and stakeholder interactions are utilized to encourage adequate behavioral risk managementProviding expertise, content and good practices to encourage a learning and risk aware organization. Monitoring of external requirements and trends, industry guidance and good practices on risk culture and global execution of learning practices are also important in your position.

You and your talent

  • Ba or Ma degree with at least 5 years working experience in project- and change management, preferably in the field of learning solutions;
  • Certification or equivalent degree in the field of content creation, (online) marketing, communication or learning & development is preferred;
  • Experience within complex environments in different positions, including experience in global program execution is a plus;
  • Strong project leadershipand execution capabilities;
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship building skills;
  • Pro-active, agile and can do attitude;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language (both written and verbally). 

This is what we offer you.

  • Up to €6.130,64 gross per month (scale 9);
  • A 13th month and holiday allowance;
  • Employee Benefit Budget of 11%, which you can spend for example to buy extra holiday days;
  • Working Hybride;
  • Working at home allowance.
