Senior Behavioral Scientist

You will develop evidence-based interventions that foster the desired mindset and actions in our organization. As an adviser and inspirator you will further strengthen our work culture, optimize HR products and services, and help teams throughout the whole bank to achieve our strategic ambitions. You will be part of a fun and professional team of around 15 behavioral scientists within our HR chapter Culture & Behavior.

You have a proven record in behavioral science in the context of organizational change. Your experience proves that you are a thought leader and your ambition shows that you want to develop impactful and futureproof interventions and are able to be a sparring partner for senior leaders.

Your to-do’s

• Talk to stakeholders about their challenges to set up a new behavior change project.
• Develop top-of-the-bill HR products and services with high impact on behavior(al change) in multidisciplinary teams.
• Co-create intervention plans with leadership teams to foster the matching culture in their transformations.
• Execute intervention plans to realize impact, and deliver and measure results of the interventions 
• Inspire colleagues with the latest insights from behavioral science to apply within the bank.
• Keep developing yourself by learning from others to be a thought leader.
• Be a role model of our desired culture, for example by not blindly accepting all meeting requests

The chapter Culture & Behavior is designed to serve as a core expertise team to align culture and behavior knowledge, insights and interventions within Rabobank. You and your talent

• Masters degree in behavioral science
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience with (applied) behavioral science in organizations
• A proven record in senior stakeholdermanagement and consulting on senior management
• Proven experience in coaching and leading team members in craft and skills.
• Hands on mentality, strong execution power, able to think outside the box to set and implement effective behavior interventions
• Able to lead and advise independently
• You are a team player and keen to learn every day
• Good verbal and written communication (English and Dutch preferably)

This is what we offer you

• a gross monthly salary between € 5.115,32 and € 8.793,26 in scale 10 or 11 (depending on your knowledge and experience)
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
• 100 % reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport
• a personal development budget of € 1.400,-
• a combination of working from home and at the office
