As an Expert Agile coach, together with a team of 70 Agile specialists, you make a crucial contribution to one of the largest Agile Transformations in the Europe. You & your role

We are looking for an experienced Agile coach with a growth mindset and the drive to let the organization flourish. Will you help Rabobank transform to become faster, more digital and more client-focussed? And do you dare to make a difference by stepping in at different levels of the organization? With Rabobank’s Agile scaling framework ‘Simplify@Scale’ you enable the success of Rabobank’s digital transformation. From Senior leadership to Scrum Masters and Product Owners; you coach, consult and guide on what is needed to further develop Rabobank into a professional Agile organization at scale.

As an Expert Agile coach you are part of the Chapter Simplify@Scale. You work in a small team of Expert Agile Coaches and your purpose is to drive and support the Agile transformation across all domains of the bank. To do so you develop vision and strategy on the Agile transformation and you maintain and improve our Simplify@Scale framework. You are a natural go-to-person for Agile coaches in the different domains and you drive the knowledge- and skill development of the Agile coaches and Scrum Masters across the bank. You will also be brought in as an expert to support in complex cases across the organization.

As an Expert Agile coach you require a strong conceptual knowledge of Agile at scale, an exceptionally collaborative and proactive attitude, strong coaching skills and a secure base. In general, people trust you and love to work with you.

Procedure

After a the first selection phase we will give an estimation on the scale that suits your experience.
Below you will find an overview of the different scales for this position:

Agile coach (C)

  • scale 10 - up to € 7.307,58 gross per month
  • at least 5 years or more of relevant work experience
  • scope: coaching Area and Tribe leadership, owner of transformation tools & topics

Agile coach (D)

  • scale 11 - up to € 8.793,26 gross per month
  • at least 10 years or more of relevant work experience

scope: coaching tribe (transcending) leadership in complex tribes, supporting Domain Agile coach, owner of transformation topics and thought leadership regarding scaled Agile and Simplify@Scale


This is what we offer for each role

  • thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
  • an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out
  • a personal development budget of € 1,400
