Senior DevOps Engineer (Data & Insights)

The Senior DevOps Engineer uses expert knowledge to advise during design, build, maintenance and/or improvement of our digital landscape. In addition, you independently analyse, design and manage one or more specific digital environments.

You & your position

The IAM team at Rabobank manages all identities and access permissions to our global network. Rabobank uses a state-of-the-art IAM systems and our ambition is to further grow to a platform providing IAM services that are secure by design, seamless and plug-and-play for end users and most of all: Digital Only!

The IAM team recently been extended to include a separate area for IAM Data & Insights to give dedicated focus to use the value of our data to further improve our insights and enrich our IAM services. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical data-centric skills with working at the forefront of this challenging IAM domain.

We are looking for a creative DevOps Engineer who can quickly pick up on new technologies, values standards and has a proactive attitude towards automation, testing and security. A hand-on person to get things done now, as well as a drive to design a bright new future to deliver on the promise of data-driven IAM services.

The team you will be part of consists of 6-9 DevOps engineers. You will be working in a team of highly motivated and skilled members that take the responsibility for the full lifecycle, from idea to implementation, including managing the operations. You are a DevOps Engineer with a strong affinity for the technical aspects of this job and the skills to take the lead.

• Continuous development & maintenance of our current Data & Insights solutions
• Taking the lead in creating a state-of-the art and future fit data platform that meets all security controls
• Come up with creative solutions to the use cases that present themselves in case Data & Insights services are required.

The employees of the Identity & Access Management department have the sole purpose to provide our customers with seamless Identity & Access Management services. This we realize through collaboration; as 1 solution-oriented team within Rabobank.

You & your talent

• Master or bachelor degree in relevant study
• 3-5 years or more experience in relevant aspects of this vacancy
• Strong and broad technology background
• You are analytically strong, critical and out-of-the-box thinker
• Proficiency in Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, Python & SQL
• Experience in implementing data platforms both small/niche- and enterprise scale
• Experience in Azure DevOps, building & deploying pipelines
• Understanding of Risk Management & Data privacy (GDPR) implementations
• You enjoy staying on top of technological developments

What we offer you

• a salary between € 4292,- and € 6130,- gross a month (scale 9)
• a thirteenth month and holiday pay of 8% annually
• an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash payout
• flexible working times and location-independent working;
• Reimbursement for commuting costs when you travel by public transport, car or motorbike;
• a pension scheme, to which your contribution is 3,5% or 5,5%, that's up to you.
