Product Owner Adherence

At Rabobank we want to deliver the best possible services for our IT engineers, and you as Product Owner can play a central role in providing them!

Our area has the vision to Embed the Adherence tasks as much as possible in the Engineering Journey to enhance engineering efficiency, make engineers happier and the bank safer. Adherence might not be a widely known term. With Adherence we mean mandatory compliance and risk processes and activities.

In order to do so, we provide requirement & design support, pipeline compliancy services, crypto security services and actionable insights.

You work in an Area called Adherence, together with 7 other Product Owners, Tech Leads, Solution Architects and over 80 developers where we facilitate our engineers to increase their efficiency and happiness in working towards their goals.

The product that you will work on will be determined during the application procedure. There are multiple openings and we will find the exact spot so we can match skills, ambition and options together.

As a PO you determine what needs to be done, prioritize and align to achieve our ambitions. The PO is part of an autonomous multidisciplinary team that is end-to-end responsible for their products.

The most important Product Owner stances for this role are “The Influencer” and “The Customer Representative”, as you will be part of the engineering community and represent them and guide them in the right direction.

• You have 4+ years of experience creating value

• You have a proven track record with SCRUM and agile.

• A 36 or 40 hour working week;
• A yearly salary incl. all benefits up to € 110.000,00 (based on 40 hours, in scale 10), depending on your knowledge and experience;
• A 13th month and holiday pay;
• An Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly income) that you can spend on, for example, buying extra vacation days or making an extra contribution to your pension;
• Flexibility in working hours and location-independent working;
• A collective pension scheme to which you only contribute 5%;
