Authorisation Control Specialist IAM
You and your job
Identity & Access Management (IAM) ensures that only authorised persons have access to and can make use of buildings, data and systems corresponding to their job at Rabobank. IAM is a critical supporting process within Rabobank with which we prevent the (un)conscious risk on fraud and comply with laws and regulations.
Wholesale & Rural Tech (WRT) is at the start of further strengthening its IAM framework by setting up an IAM Desk, responsible for implementing and maintaining Role Based Access Control (RBAC) across all teams and squads within the Tech Division.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement RBAC Models: You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining RBAC models, ensuring smooth coordination across the entire Tech Division.
- Collaborate with Authorization Specialists: Work closely with authorization specialists within squads to discuss role design and facilitate seamless implementation.
- Reporting and Team Involvement: Report directly to the Manager of the Tech Control Office (TCO) and become an integral part of the W&R Tech TCO team. This team comprises 13 colleagues with diverse roles, including Domain Control Officers, Risk Professionals, Security Professionals, and fellow Authorization Control Specialists.
- Driving Change: As the driving force behind adopting the RBAC model, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping IAM practices within the Tech Division.
