You and your job
We are actively seeking a highly motivated Lead Business Architect to take the lead of the Data & Analytics (D&A) architecture team. In this role you will assume the position of Tribe Architect for the Global Data & Analytics Platform tribe. Your pivotal role will involve shaping the future of our Global D&A platform in collaboration with the Tribe Lead and Tech Domain Manager in the tribe triangle.

Within the Engineering and D&A architecture domain, you will be responsible for leading the business architecture team of Data & Analytics, providing support to both the Global Data & Analytics Platform tribe and the Data & Analytics Products & Transformation tribe. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to expand this team in accordance with the bank's strategy.

Practical Examples

• Further develop the target architecture of the global D&A platform with your team, business and IT stakeholders, and suppliers;
• As a board member of the Enterprise Data & Analytics Architecture Board, you help co-create new iterations of the Enterprise D&A Architecture.
• Work with data analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to build data and analytics tools that enable us to comply with our responsibilities to our customers.

You and your talent

• Adept at navigating complex problems and organizations and skillful in managing stakeholders through storytelling and negotiation
• Extensive experience leading large teams with HR responsibility.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect in a complex and data-driven environment
• Advocate for achieving the best outcomes together through close collaboration and honest feedback.
• Demonstrates clear ownership and takes responsibility
• Possesses strong strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills

This is what we offer you

• The internal title for this position is Managing Business Architect.
• Up to approximately €130.000 gross per year, based on your experience and skills (scale SK-A)
• An Employee Benefit Budget (13% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out;
• A personal budget of €1.400 euros per year that you can spend on activities related to your personal development and career
• A pension scheme to which you contribute 3,5% or 5,5% and Rabobank 21,5% of your pension base
• 172,8 holiday hours per year incl. 1 diversity day
• €450 euros to set up a home office that suits your needs and up to €40 net per month home office coverage
• A mobility scheme – you receive a monthly lease budget of €927 for a lease car or can have paid out
