As senior Continuous improvement consultant you support tribe CreditCore in progressing Rabobank as a ‘Rock Solid’ and efficient bank. You work as a an internal consultant initiating and guiding a broad range of improvement activities, connecting multiple domains and business units. With your input the tribe can grow to the next maturity level and have an optimal impact on the bank.
You and your job
Tribe CreditCore is the group engine behind Rabobank’s Credit journey servicing all business units across the portfolio with the right technology, policies and processes. This credit journey includes the building blocks needed to finance our clients. To improve this journey we need to know where we can optimize value. a shared view. You will do a broad range of consultancy jobs, resulting in a better Credit Journey for our clients and an improved performance of our tribe.

- Define improvement opportunities throughout the Credit journey with corresponding business cases
- Guide improvement activities `to improve the Credit Journey
- Help to build up the culture of continuous improvement within CreditCore

- You will be a member of Team Continuous Improvement. This team is in development, growing and aims for 12 colleagues

You and your talents
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious colleague with a can-do attitude. An analytical, creative & service-oriented mindset are key. Agility, a transparent way of working and a team-player with excellent communication skills are clearly essential for this role. In addition, you can convince us with the following skills and show them by experience:
- Academic or Bachelor’s degree ideally in business, banking, finance, economics or IT
- Proven experience in Lean Management or operational excellence consultancy
- At least 5 years of experience in guiding improvement projects
- A ‘can-do’ attitude
- Able to quickly understand complex processes and IT landscapes
- Able to translate inputs from multiple (data) sources into a concise and compelling storyline
- Social skills are above average, connect easily and you are able to formulate clearly and to the point;
- Fluent in English verbal and written;
- You are aware/experienced in agile project management approaches
- Experience in the Credit domain is a strong plus
This is what we offer you
- A salary in the range of € 6.155,-- up to € 8.793,-- gross per month (compensation grade11), but will be based on knowledge and experience;
- A thirteenth month and holiday allowance;
- An Employee Benefit Budget (11 % of your monthly salary);
- Flexible working times and location-independent working;
- A pension scheme for which you can opt for a flexible personal contribution of either 5,5% or 3,5%·
