Your role and responsibilities

As a Pega DevOps Engineer in our organization, you will spearhead our FEC initiatives, driving the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions. You will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our systems and processes. You will lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and developers, to deliver state-of-the-art systems that enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include among others:

• Leading end-to-end Pega project implementations, including solution design, system configuration, and integration.
• Translating business requirements into scalable and robust Pega-based solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborating with skilled Pega developers, fostering a culture of innovation, and promoting professional growth.
• Conducting thorough system testing, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Pega platform updates, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pega DevOps Engineer, working on complex projects and handling end-to-end implementations.
• Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions.
• Great vision on the way of working in a DevOps environment and open to learn new disciplines like QA or Monitoring.
• Proficiency in system integration, web services, and API development.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to bring along people in your vision.

The package and benefits:

• This position is scale 8 role (between € 3.711,55 - € 5.300,48)
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance;
• An extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or pay out;
• A Budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-;
• A personal development budget of € 1.400-;
• A combination of working from home and at the office;
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport;
• A pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5% or 5.5%;
• 151.2 hours holiday per year + 1 Diversity Day per year.
