As a member of our IT Systems domain, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our application platforms. You'll be at the heart of our efforts to implement a cutting-edge back-office system for our Wholesale and International domain, spanning across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. With over 20 branches worldwide, Rabobank Wholesale offers a vast array of banking services, and your contribution will be pivotal to our success.

You and your talent

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Oracle Expertise: Strong experience with Oracle GoldenGate Replication (classic architecture), Oracle RDBMS (including container and pluggable databases), Exadata, Data Guard, Oracle Database Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager, RMAN, and Oracle Wallet.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL and Bash/Korn shell scripting are essential. Knowledge of Linux, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and migrations is also required.
• Agile and IT Methodologies: Solid understanding and experience with Agile, Lean, and ITIL frameworks to drive continuous improvement and ensure efficient project delivery.
• Automation and Scripting: Proven ability to automate tasks and processes, enhancing operational efficiency and team productivity.
• Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Ability to assess risks, identify critical issues, and implement solutions to maintain application stability and performance.
• Change and Release Management: Experience in ensuring controlled changes and releases, maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with non-functional requirements.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• International and Dynamic Environment: Experience working in a dynamic, international setting, with the flexibility to handle a 40-hour workweek, standby shifts, and weekend deployments.

Useful Qualifications:

• Additional Oracle Tools: Familiarity with WebLogic, Flexcube, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), TSM, and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Mindset and Collaboration: A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, flexibility, ownership, and collaboration. Ability to work effectively in a team, influencing and guiding stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.

• A gross year salary of max100K based on a 40-hour workweek. Depending on skills and experience. This includes all benefits such as 13th month, holiday allowance and our employee benefit budget.
