Financial Economic Crime (FEC) Wholesale & Rural (W&R) Operations is responsible for the operational management of FEC within the Global Regions where Rabobank is active, including Europe, North America, South America, Australia & New Zealand and Asia.
With approx. 750 FTE across the five regions, effective operational management is a critical component of our FEC Risk & Control framework. This requires central oversight in order to maintain an effective and efficient FEC workforce.

Responsibilities:
- Enhance the MI capabilities to support the rising expectations regarding data quality, measurement and provide further insights in the operational risks and processes.
- Further develop and implement the future MI platform and infrastructure to support the effectiveness and efficiency of the W&R EFC, CAMS processes.
- Ensure a robust capacity planning function is applied, enabling for adequate planning and reprioritisation of tasks upon agreement with stakeholders
- Design and develop applications to support FEC process workflows and FEC Risk insights.
- Design and develop integration / technical aspects on MI reporting solutions using the most appropriate technology available.
- Provide clear workflow- and steering information together with your colleagues.

You and your talent
As a FEC Management Information & Capacity Planning Advisor W&R you have customer focus, analytical skills and able to deal with resistance. In addition, it is important that you recognize yourself in the following:
- Master Degree in Information/Business IT with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a Business Intelligence function or related field.
- Experienced in organisation and process structuring and in the business aspects of banking.
- Preferably International experience within W&R and experience working across regions, domains and business lines.
- Conceptual mindset to further develop MI capability with W&R FEC domain
- Creative problem solving, analytical and strategic skill set.
- A passion for data quality and Management Information.
- Creative ability to develop solutions that work, are user friendly, and are easy to maintain.
- Solid knowledge of data-infrastructure, SQL programming, Office and IT automation (Excel, PowerPoint) and BI tooling (Power BI).
- Experience in working with Agile/Scrum and DevOps.
- Experience with line/people management
- Professional English language skills.
