We are looking for a Scrum Master that understands the balance between following theoretical guidelines and using common sense. If you recognize yourself in this, then you also understand that maturing a team is a daily craftsmanship with no easy answers and that following rituals is not about following these rituals but the greater goal that is behind these rituals that we are trying to achieve. With this, if striving for the best is your second nature, then we are in search for you.
You and your job
You have the responsibility over multiple DevOps teams that need your daily support. For the teams you have the ingredients available to make them a high performing team. However, that will entail from you a continuous involvement. You will act in the Identity & Access Management and with your background you are able to think along with the teams and also liaise with the product owner and management.
Practical Example
- Teaching and applying Agile practices and Simplify@Scale
- Proficiently using Azure DevOps as an enabler to enhance Squad professionalism and reduce administrative workload
- Collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Tech Leads to drive changes
- Alongside fellow Scrum Masters, ensuring a clear and concise Scrum strategy within the department
- Being a workshop builder on Area level for multiple squads and think about the audience, goal & effect of the workshop for the individual and area
Top responsibilities
- Facilitate effective team dynamics, empower members to achieve their best, and challenge them through clear communication, support, and agile practices.
- Facilitate your squad triangle (Tech Lead, Product Owner, Solution Architect)
- Manage Azure DevOps in such a manner that delivery plans and metrics are your second nature
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement
