• Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,292 and EUR 6,131 (scale 09) for a 36 hour week

You and your job
As a Solution Architect at Tribe Wealth Management, you'll play a key role in solutioning of infrastructure provisioning, managing lifecycle and deployment architecture. Next to that, you provide expertise in automating and maintaining pipelines using Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC). But we don't stop there - We believe our clients deserve a personalized, hassle-free service tailored to their unique needs. And that's where you come in. As an architect, you'll be part of a team that works closely with our business to create a personal and relevant overall service, making a real impact on our clients' lives.

Here are some of the exciting things you'll be working on:

• Your work will be critical in ensuring that we create effective and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs.
• You’ll be a key team member implementing the Securities Trading and Processing system running on our on-premise infrastructure.
• Identifying and managing dependencies and risks. You'll be a key player in ensuring we deliver our products and services according to all the security and compliance guidelines.
• Working with various team members, including business architects, data engineers, business analysts, and product- and process managers, to deliver a better product. You'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating innovative solutions.
• Participating proactively in team decisions and challenging your team members on presented solutions.
• You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and collaboration.
• Keeping up to date with technical developments and maintaining a solid network in the market (e.g., competitors, fintechs, big techs, research-, and consultancy firms).

You and your talent
Here are the qualifications we're looking for and how you can use them to make a difference:

• DevOps Experience: At least 5 years in a large, complex environment, with hands-on experience in Linux/Debian distros (RHEL, Fedora, Ubuntu).
• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaaC): Practical knowledge of tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Middleware Management: Experience managing applications such as JBoss EAP, Websphere, and Weblogic.
• Database Proficiency: Understanding of databases like Oracle/Postgres and good knowledge of database queries.
• Security Solutions: Familiarity with tools such as Qualys, Defender, Nexus IQ, SonarQube, Fortify, Azure Key Vault, HSM, and SIEM tools.
• DevOps Tools: Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, pipelines, git, Jenkins, and repositories like Azure Repositories, Jfrog, and Nexus.
• Vulnerability Management: Experience in identifying and fixing vulnerabilities, mitigating zero-day risks, and integrating observability and monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Problem Solving and Innovation: A natural problem solver with a proven track record of describing complete solutions, uncovering new insights, and proposing effective solutions. You bring a proactive attitude, fresh ideas, and a good sense of humor to maintain a positive team culture.
