Together, we achieve more than alone
As a Scrum Master, you will coach your team members in the Agile way of working, empowering them to reach their full potential. You will act as a change agent, fostering a positive culture that encourages growth and excellence. Our organization is structured into tribes, areas, and squads, and you will be working in the Data & IT Foundation area, part of the Business Lending tribe. Within the IT4IT Control team, you will facilitate the gathering of Retail NL Tech priorities, ensuring that our squads operate securely and compliantly. Additionally, you will support the Azure Cloud team in delivering the Rabowings platform for 34 applications.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Product Owners in the chapter to maximize value and help the teams mature further.
Making a Difference
In your role as a Scrum Master, you will work with two squads, communicating in both English and Dutch. We believe that Scrum Masters can coach their squads and areas, making a meaningful impact on the organization as a whole. Our group of Scrum Masters is well-positioned to collaborate in developing the area, addressing organizational impediments, challenging priorities, and facilitating strategy, goals, and KPI setting.
