- Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,292 and EUR 6,131 (scale 09) for a 36 hour week

You will be working in a team supporting the whole of the IT value chain delivering service based financial insights and management support. As a member of the Tech Support Office (TSO) team in Engineering & Enterprise Tech you will be part of an experienced team providing important information for Innovation & Technology Office (CITO). With the increased digitalization of Rabobank services, it is more important than ever to have quality insights into our IT investments. Your role will be to combine your knowledge of technology and IT environment together with implementing and improving our IT service based cost modelling.
Your role is to enable the capabilities of technology, ensure data quality, adjust and optimize modelling and increase overall maturity of Technology Business Management (TBM) within Rabobank. You will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders across the organization, provide financial insights and building high-quality reports to ensure cost transparency of IT services.
Making a difference
- Import, transform, and rationalize data from systems of record such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Time Writing, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Centralized Application Repository, Asset Manager, etc.
- Develop and maintain IT service-based cost models. This involves allocating costs to various IT services and understanding the factors that influence these costs.
- Build reports and dashboards with financial insights using Apptio, Power BI and Excel
- Find and implement optimization and automation opportunities in the way of working
- Work in an Agile way, making sure that the whole work is appropriately reflected on the Azure DevOps board
- Advise other teammates on technical matters, implementation details, resolving issues and bugs
- Other more technical capabilities
- Act as a single point of contact for IT leads and other IT Executives.

The TSO team needs to collaborate across a wide variety of stakeholders. This includes Financial Control, CITO Domain Support, Vendor management, Infra Services, Tribe- and Tech leads, FinOps and more. We bring people, data and technology together across the whole IT value chain while empowering the business.
Who we are looking for
Customer focus, proactivity, and teamwork are essential for the role and it is important to recognise yourself in the checklist below:
- Bachelor's degree in Business IT Management, Computer Science or related technical field,
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for financial modelling and analysis
- Advanced skills in data transformation using Microsoft Excel or Power Query
- Skills in building dashboards in Power BI
- Experience in optimization and automation initiatives (RPA, Power Automate, VBA)
- Knowledge of programming languages M, DAX and HTML is a plus
- Knowledge and application of relational database concepts
- Infrastructure or FinOps background
- Experience with Technology Business Management (TBM) or Apptio is a plus
- Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus
What is your added value to our team
- Experience with working with financial modelling
- Experience in creating high level architecture, context diagrams and solution design documents
- Experience in migrating to central Data Lake repositories
- Experience in working with Azure DevOps pipelines is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with multiple levels of management and staff across the organization
- Critically looking for ways to simplify and improve the existing modelling
- Understanding of IT infrastructure domains including network, storage, servers, virtualization, application development and cloud services
- Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes (e.g. Activity Based Costing) and best practices such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and application/infrastructure support
- Curious mindset and willing to share knowledge across the team
- Strong ITIL or Service Management background
- Experience working with Agile methodology is a plus
