Do you want to help to protect the bank and our customers worldwide from the negative effects of financial crime? As a Product manager CDD Workflow Management (WFM) you will, together with your squad(s), have a profound impact on FEC case-handling by enabling the analysts to efficiently and effectively analyse suspicious activities. Concretely, you will streamline and automate (where possible) the workflow process, ensure that the workflow technology offers optimal support towards the analysts and meets all relevant business and regulatory requirements. You and your job
As a Product manager you will directly be involved in the setting-up of the new Area Transaction Screening Workflow Management and participate in the new strategic initiatives that are starting to develop a future-proof end-to-end chain.
Set a shared and clear mission, vision, and transparent roadmap for your product (WFM) , including current solution and migration towards a new solution. From this a concrete translation of the objectives into deliverables is visible, designed in close alignment with all relevant stakeholders, including other Product Owners.
Ensure that the requirements of stakeholders (FEC CDD, Sanctions, Business owners both in Retail NL and Wholesale & Rural, your Area and where necessary CAMS (Compliance)) are translated into appropriate and feasible solutions and delivered efficiently and on schedule, with any conflicting requirements transparently and expediently managed.
Interact as a subject matter expert who provides vision and direction of solutions to the development team and stakeholders, including active initiation of process improvement and automation proposals.
Collaborate closely with your squad(s), manage the backlog and prioritize backlog items to make sure the most valuable product is delivered to customers first.
Support the Area Lead together with the Product Owners:
- In setting out the mission, vision, roadmap and KPIs for the new Area;
- With aligning priorities while taking dependencies into account;
- In ensuring a accelerated shift to the Simplify@Scale way-of-working and heartbeat

As a Product manager you will interact closely with stakeholders to identify legal and business, technical, and non-functional requirements and create insight in the dependencies between the delivery teams of the Tribe FEC Tech. This all with the overall aim to digitize and innovate FEC to protect society, customers, and our bank.

You and your talent
Execution focus, pro-activeness, solution-orientation, stakeholder management capabilities and stress resistance are clearly essential for the role of Product Owner. In addition, it's important that you recognize yourself in the checklist below:
- Academic background/level;
- Demonstrable experience work experience as Product Owne;
- Experience with KYC/FEC;
- Getting things done mentality, especially also under pressure;
- Demonstrable experience with IT management and development processes, including Agile/Scrum and;
- Demonstrable experience with PEGA Technology;
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with optimizing existing operational processes in regulatory environments, with such experience in Transaction Monitoring a strong preference;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and Dutch is a plus.
- Managerial qualities;
- Driven to keep your knowledge up to date with new developments in the industry;
- Good at process-based thinking and simplifying things.
