Junior Pega DevOps Engineer
This is what we offer you
- Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,179 and EUR 4,540 (scale 07) for a 36 hour week
- Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance

Imagine working as a Pega DevOps Engineer within a squad where business and IT collaborate closely to make a difference in the way Rabobank engages with its customers and to become the driving force behind excellent customer experiences. Together with your squad members, you will be responsible for creating seamless journeys with Pega technology in the cloud for both our customers and our employees. Impact, persuasiveness, organizational sensitivity and cooperation are clearly essential for the role of Pega DevOps engineer. In addition, it's important that you recognise everything in the checklist below:
- Bachelor or Master degree (IT or IT related)
- IT / beta - background or education in IT & passion for IT
- 2+ years of experience in PEGA development
- PEGA CSA certification
- Skills: self-reflection, creativity, agility, complex problem-solving, collaboration, judgement & decision making
- Requirements: passion, contribution, expertise, ownership, curiosity, dare to challenge
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch
You and your team
- You will work in the Tribe Digital Customer Journeys, Insurances & Pensions where every squad is focussing on the digital transformation of the sales & customer processes
- You will work within an international squad with 4-6 engineers with an agile mindset
- You will have the opportunity to join a squad with a focus on innovation by Hackathons and to work with the latest and greatest in Pega technology
