As a GenAI Data Scientist in Conversational AI, you will be at the heart of developing intelligent systems that can understand and interact with humans naturally. Your work will involve designing and implementing advanced conversational models that enhance user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and UX designers to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions that address complex challenges and drive business value.

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our team and shape the future of Conversational AI within Rabobank. Thousands of customers interact with Rabobank on a weekly basis, and we strive to ensure these conversations are resolved effectively and seamlessly by our customer service agents. As a Senior GenAI Data Scientist, you have a leading position in one of our scrum teams in ML(Ops) endeavors, focusing on creating impactful data and LLM outcomes. Your expertise will drive the development of production-ready and reproducible ML pipelines, particularly in the areas of LLM, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, with an emphasis on Natural Language Processing (NLP). Implementing several GenAI agent assistants to boost the efficiency and satisfaction of our customer interactions within customer service & operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading position within a scrum team focused on ML(Ops) projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes with significant social impact.
• Develop and implement explainable ML models and production-ready code.
• Oversee the creation and management of Natural Language Processing (NLP) assets, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Set and execute the Data Science roadmap, facilitating hackathons and workshops to foster innovation.
• Work with LLMs in production environments, utilizing technologies such as RAG and LangChain.
• Conduct research and experiments to advance the state-of-the-art in conversational AI.
• Analyze user interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and experience with data science libraries.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with RAG, Chucking, Vector databases, Search Services.
• Familiarity with GitHub, CloudFoundry, and unit testing.
• Experience with A/B testing and data visualization tools (e.g., Streamlit, Dash, Plotly).
