Manager IT Vendor Management Support (ITVM)

As Manager ITVM Support you and your teams are responsible for various support functions within the IT Vendor Management department.

You & your job
You are responsible for all support teams: 15 Support Specialists in 4 teams with several specializations and seniority levels:

• The IT Resource Office is responsible for the hiring and onboarding of external resources within CITO, including the ordering of facilities, in line with agreed (HR) processes and procedures
• The Software Asset Management team is responsible for tracking software licenses, ensuring compliance, optimizing usage, assisting in procurement and vendor management, and managing software audits
• The Software/Hardware Order desk is responsible for the administrative processing of software and hardware orders within CITO
• The Data team is responsible for providing steering information, reporting, dashboarding, supporting knowledge and information, including analysis and advice, around vendors and contracts

Get results

• Design, optimize, and run standardized services on a global level
• Incorporate IT-related policies and standards related to subjects such as Risk, Security, Compliance and Life Cycle Management in the ITVM processes
• Drive continuous improvement and a customer-centricity culture

The next years will be extremely challenging because of the strategic change expected from the Manager ITVM Support. Developing ITVM as a data-driven strategic advisor to the MT CITO and the Managing Board, requires the underlying data foundation to be redesigned and implemented. For this, we need the excellent change management capabilities of the Manager Support ITVM, capable of managing the very complex internal and external stakeholder field (NL, EU, global).

You & your talent

• 5+ years of fulltime, hands-on vendor management experience
• Demonstrable WO working and thinking level
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in speech and writing
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT teams in a large, complex, and international environment
• Proven experience in managing change
• Proven experience in data-driven environments, data handling, and data strategies

This position is in Utrecht. To be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We are unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country or to provide a visa.
